SIS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Chester. This rewarding role involves supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, helping them maintain independence and achieve positive outcomes in their daily lives.
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, empowering them to build confidence, develop life skills, and work towards their recovery goals. You will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life of the people we support.
SIS is a leading care provider across the North West, supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014.
This all-male supported living service is home to 12 residents who benefit from communal living with 24-hour staff support. Each resident is allocated a Key Worker and receives recovery-focused support using tools such as Recovery Star, weekly planning, goal setting, and budgeting support.

- Experience working within mental health services
- Experience working in a supported living environment
- A full driving licence is preferred but not essential
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential
