Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide dedicated 2:1 care for a 27-year-old gentleman with complex needs in his home and within the community in Bracknell.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including daily pad changes
- Supporting with breakfast preparation and occasional lunch preparation
- Medication administration (including epilepsy management)
- Supporting attendance at religious activities (Temple)
- Supporting weekly swimming sessions
- Daily walks and community access
- Promoting independence and maintaining safety at home and in the community
Essential requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy and challenging behaviour
- Compassionate, reliable and committed approach
- Full specialist training provided
