Banksman / Traffic Marshal – Residential Site (Exeter)
Venom Contractors Ltd is looking for an experienced and reliable Banksman / Traffic Marshal to join our team on a busy residential development in Exeter.
This is a long-term opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Banking and guiding forklift (telehandler) movements around the site.
- Ensuring the safe movement of plant, vehicles, and pedestrians.
- Assisting with deliveries and coordinating site traffic.
- Maintaining safe exclusion zones and following site traffic management procedures.
- Supporting the site team with general duties when required.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification (essential).
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous experience banking telehandlers/forklifts on residential construction sites.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
