The role:
- Lead your room day-to-day, creating a calm and purposeful environment
- Support and guide colleagues through positive role modelling
- Build strong relationships with children, families and professionals
- Use your knowledge of child development to support meaningful learning experiences
- Maintain strong knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS and statutory requirements
- Work closely with leadership to maintain high standards of care, education and reflective practice
About you:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- 2+ years post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Up to date with statutory guidance and Ofsted expectations
- Confident, warm and reliable room leader
- Passionate about high-quality early years practice and emotional wellbeing
