Your Role
Reporting to Head Office, you will lead the overall performance and success of our flagship London clinic.
This is a hands-on, patient-facing role first and foremost. You will spend the majority of your time delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments while also playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the clinic.
In addition to providing outstanding patient care, you will support the development and coaching of the clinical team, help maintain the highest clinical standards, and contribute to the overall performance and success of the clinic. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure an exceptional patient experience and consistently outstanding treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional aesthetic consultations and treatments.
- Lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, patient safety, and patient experience.
- Coach, mentor, and support the clinical team to drive engagement, confidence, and continuous development.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflows, treatment room readiness, and operational excellence.
- Drive revenue growth through exceptional consultations, treatment outcomes, package conversions, and retail skincare recommendations.
- Monitor and contribute to key performance indicators, including conversion, utilisation, rebooking, and retail performance.
- Ensure compliance with all medical, hygiene, safety, and company protocols.
- Work closely with the Clinic Manager and Head Office to implement company initiatives and support the clinic's commercial objectives.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and patient-focused team culture.
Profile We’re Looking For
We are seeking a confident, commercially minded leader with a strong track record in performance-driven environments.
- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager, Practice Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen and KPI-driven mindset
- Experience in medical aesthetics, private healthcare, or premium/luxury service environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of performance-based incentive structures

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per year (Depending on experience)
