We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Income Processing Executive to join our Finance team and play a vital role in ensuring supporter donations and income are processed accurately, efficiently and professionally.
What will I be doing?
Process donations, sponsorship income and supporter payments received through a variety of channels.
Accurately allocate income to the correct financial cost centres using established procedures, coding matrices and decision trees.
Prepare payments for banking and complete accurate data entry across multiple systems, databases and spreadsheets.
Manage supporter administration and correspondence arising from donations and income processing, including responding to supporter queries.
Support reconciliations, refunds, reversals and other income processing activities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service level agreements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?
Experience working in a customer service, administration or service-focused environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to process high volumes accurately.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience using financial systems, CRM systems, databases or spreadsheets.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work to SLAs and KPIs.
Customer-focused and collaborative approach.
