Summary
We are seeking an experienced roofer and lead worker to join our team in Bath. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality roofing projects that align with our company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise roofing projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Inspect work sites and resolve any issues promptly.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their skills.
- Collaborate with clients and suppliers as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a roofer, with leadership capabilities and lead welding.
- Strong knowledge of roofing techniques and materials.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Physical fitness for heavy lifting and working at heights.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid relevant certifications or licenses preferred but not essential.
Job Summary
Pay range: £200-£250 per day dependent on experience
Contractual arrangements: Subcontracted for a proven period of time.
Vehicle: A company vehicle may be provided - open to discussion
Hours: 7.30am-4pm Monday to Friday (saturday work is optional but available)
