Key Responsibilities
- Manage learning programmes, training schedules, and delivery workflows
- Coordinate with trainers, learners, clients, administrators, and service partners
- Monitor attendance, learner feedback, programme quality, and performance reports
- Support course planning, training materials, documentation, and programme updates
- Assist with process improvements to strengthen learning delivery and service standards
- Prepare reports, schedules, learner records, and operational updates
- Ensure training activities follow company policies, quality procedures, and client requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in learning and development, training coordination, education services, programme management, or client support
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with trainers, learners, business clients, or professional development programmes is an advantage

Pay: £42,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
