Job Overview
We are seeking a professional Mobile Security Officer to provide mobile patrols and alarm response in both the Lincoln and Newark areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling designated areas and responding promptly to security incidents. This role offers an the opportunity to utilise your security expertise in a dynamic environment, with a focus on loss prevention and maintaining a safe atmosphere across multiple locations.
We are looking for someone with good local knowledge of at least one of the area's. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantages but not essential as full training will be given. The candidate needs a good level of spoken english and be confident on the phone. A flexible attitude to shift pattens is required with a minimum requirement of 24 hours per. Smart appearance and the ability to work on own initiative is require. Applicants require an SIA licence and a full driving licence.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas using mobile patrol vehicles or on foot to deter unauthorised access and identify potential security risks.
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to security breaches, emergencies, or incidents.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or vandalism and reporting findings to management.
- Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
- Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when required, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
- Enforce site policies and procedures to uphold safety standards across all locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security or related fields, with knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to identify potential hazards or suspicious activity promptly.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to report incidents clearly and professionally.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights or weekends if required.
- A valid security licence and a full driving licence held for at least 7 years is required.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
