Overview:
Operations Support Data Analyst
Location: Remote, but travel will be required within the role to our stations across the UK.
Reporting to: Senior Operations Support Manager – Insight & Forecasting
We're seeking an experienced Operations Support Data Analyst to join our Performance & Planning team. You'll be responsible for transforming operational data into meaningful insights, ensuring data accuracy, supporting global reporting standards, and delivering high-quality performance reporting that drives operational decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational data journey from capture to reporting and insight.

Produce accurate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.

Validate data across operational systems, including Dayforce, CargoSpot, DCM, FSC, iCare, ACL and Power BI.

Support system administration, DCM compliance and month-end reporting.

Develop bespoke reports using Power BI and Excel.

Monitor regional KPIs and ensure alignment with global reporting standards.

Partner with regional and global stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes and operational efficiency.

Maintain reporting documentation and provide support for audits, station start-ups and training as required.
Qualifications:
You'll have:

Operational experience within the aviation industry (essential).

Advanced Excel skills and experience analysing operational data.

Power BI experience (preferred).

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-
A proactive approach with high attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

Willingness to travel across the region as required.
Desirable: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification and experience supporting system implementations or reporting projects.
