One of the most talked-about chicken brands in LA is opening in Coventry, and we’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high paced team. This is a great opportunity to join at ground level with a bold, fast-scaling QSR concept that plans to open 30+ sites across the UK.

The Role:
- You’ll work closely with the Ops Manager on every part of the launch, from site setup and team recruitment to delivering a high-energy, high-performance culture from day one. We’re after someone who knows how to build a team, own a site, and drive strong results.
