TikTok Shop Assistant (E-commerce & Content)

£13.75 per hour (minimum 30 hours per week)
We’re a growing women’s fashion e-commerce brand looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop Assistant to help run and scale our TikTok store.
This is a varied role combining content creation, customer support, and order fulfilment—perfect for someone who enjoys both creative work and being part of the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving online business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day running of our TikTok Shop
- Filming and posting engaging TikTok content (products, trends, behind-the-scenes)
- Packing and dispatching customer orders
- Handling customer enquiries and providing great service
- Managing stock and inventory and unloading stock
- Supporting marketing efforts to increase sales and visibility
- Keeping up with TikTok trends and applying them to our brand
What we’re looking for:
- Strong interest in TikTok and social media
- Confident creating short-form video content
- Organised, reliable, and hands-on
- Good communication skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a small team
No formal experience required, but any background in retail, e-commerce, or social media is a bonus.
Working hours:
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- Must be available for some weekends and 2 evenings per week
