We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and motivated Qualified Dental Nurse or Experienced Trainee Dental Nurse to join our friendly and expanding private dental team.
This is far more than a traditional nursing position.
Alongside providing exceptional chairside support, you will have the opportunity to become actively involved in the day-to-day management, compliance, patient experience, and continued growth of two successful private dental practices.

About the Role
Working across our private practices in Sidcup and Eltham, your responsibilities will include:
Clinical Duties
- Chairside assistance for a wide range of dental treatments
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
- Decontamination and infection control procedures
- Supporting efficient daily clinical workflow
- Delivering outstanding patient care throughout every appointment
Administration & Patient Care
- Welcoming and supporting patients
- Managing appointments and patient enquiries
- Handling telephone calls and emails professionally
- Assisting with reception duties when required
- Maintaining accurate patient records
Compliance & Quality
- Assisting with CQC compliance
- Supporting clinical governance
- Completing X-ray audits and other quality assurance activities
- Helping maintain the highest clinical standards across both practices
Practice Growth & Marketing
This role offers an exciting opportunity to become involved in the business side of private dentistry, including:
- Liaising with our SEO and digital marketing providers
- Supporting social media activity
- Monitoring patient enquiries and treatment conversions
- Assisting with marketing initiatives
- Helping improve the overall patient journey and practice growth
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Qualified Dental Nurse (GDC registered) or experienced Trainee Dental Nurse nearing qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and confident manner
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
Desirable:
- Previous experience within private dentistry
- Knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical compliance
- Interest in digital marketing and social media
- Experience using dental practice management software
