We're hiring an Account Manager to join an international FMCG organisation and household-name brand across the Croydon territory.
This is a field-based role where you'll manage an established portfolio of independent retailers, build strong commercial relationships and drive growth across your territory.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and developing existing retail accounts
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales and distribution
- Delivering marketing and commercial initiatives
- Improving availability, visibility and in-store execution
- Using data to drive meaningful conversations
- Supporting and training retailer teams
Requirements:
We're open to backgrounds in field sales, account management, recruitment, retail management, or other target-driven customer-facing roles.
