We are now seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead our Staffing Solutions portfolio and drive the next phase of growth for Jane Lewis, our specialist healthcare staffing business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Managing Director will have overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance and commercial success of Jane Lewis.
This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for delivering high-quality staffing solutions both across Active Care Group and to external healthcare clients, including NHS Trusts and independent sector providers.
You will lead the continued evolution of Jane Lewis, strengthening our market position, expanding our external client base, and supporting Active Care Group's ambition to reduce agency reliance through the growth of our internal workforce solutions and Active Bank.
As a member of the senior leadership team, you will combine commercial leadership with a passion for quality, ensuring staffing solutions contribute directly to exceptional care outcomes across the Group and beyond.
