Job Summary
Night Porter for position at Lanhydrock Hotel & Golf Club. Rota generally based on four days on four days off with shifts commencing at 10.00PM to 7.00AM. Please view our company at www.lanhydrockhotel.com. Previous experience in the hospitality business most beneficial.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to guests
- Assisting with guest requests throughout the night
- Provide Bar Service
- Conducting regular security checks across the hotel and grounds
- Preparing public areas for the following day
- Supporting the reception team with guest arrivals and early departures
- Handling telephone enquiries and overnight administration duties
- Ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff and premises
- Assisting with set-up and clean down requirements for i.e. breakfast, functions and events where required
- To ensure all complaints are handled professionally as in accordance with your training guidance.
- To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training.
- To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
- All other duties as required
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
