Factory/Yards Person
Monday to Thursday, 7.30am – 4.00pm, Friday, 7.30am – 3.00pm,
Flexibility will be required from time to time
Starting rate: £13.45 per hour

Based at our site located at Inveralmond Industrial Estate, Perth, we are looking for a proactive Factory/Yards Person to support daily operations across both our yard and factory floor on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Keep yard and shop floor areas clean, organised, and free from hazards during operational hours.
- Operate and manage skips and the baling machine to support recycling and waste reduction efforts.
- Follow all Health & Safety rules and help maintain a safe, compliant working environment.
- Complete basic production and quality-related paperwork accurately.
- Use company materials, tools, and energy responsibly to reduce waste and support lean processes.
- Actively support and promote company values and team culture.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared team goals.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Organised and able to stay on top of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn new skills—forklift training/licence can be provided.
- Previous yard or factory experience is helpful but not essential—we provide full training.
