Responsibilities
- Deliver expert barbering and hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
- Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional advice
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with health regulations
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing techniques and best practices to enhance team skills
- Communicate effectively with clients in English to ensure clear understanding of services and expectations
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and grooming industry
Qualifications
- Proven experience in barbering, hair styling, or related fields with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, grooming techniques, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Previous experience mentoring or training junior staff is a plus
- Certification or licensing in barbering or cosmetology preferred but not mandatory
