Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
- Administer medications safely in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to changing clinical needs.
- Lead and support care staff while promoting best practice.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
- Previous experience in a nursing home or dementia care setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate, caring, and professional approach.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding resident care.
