The Venue Group are looking for a confident, passionate and knowledgeable Part-time Wedding and Events Showround Executive with a natural affinity to excite, reassure and inspire couples to want to share their wedding journey with us at Redhouse Barn.
Redhouse Barn is an exclusive-use weddings and events venue set in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside, providing a stunning setting for our couple’s wedding day, entertaining them with fabulous food and a touch of flair. We all work extremely hard to make certain they, and their guests enjoy a simply magical experience. Our overriding goal is to ensure our couples have the very best day of their lives!
As Wedding & Events Showround Executive, you will be the first point of contact for couples and clients, guiding them around the venue, answering their questions, and leaving them in no doubt as to why they should book their event with us. You’ll play a vital part in driving revenue while delivering a warm, tailored experience that reflects the Redhouse Barn brand.
About You
- A confident, personable communicator with strong sales instincts
- Experience of working in wedding venues
- Self-motivated and professional
- Have your own transport
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting venue show rounds and open days, showcasing Redhouse Barn at its best
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and meeting sales targets
