We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team and help us maintain a clean and efficient kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cleaning, dishwashing, stocking, and other general kitchen duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is able to work 35 hours per week (9.00am till 4.00pm) in a small homely environment and is comfortable taking direction from the chef.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation.
- Receive and store food items in accordance with safety regulations.
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.75-£13.00 per hour
