We areseeking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper, who is competent in using the cloud based software Xero.
The role will include the following,
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into xero and filing into company records,
- Matching payments and orders in Xero.
- Reconciling to the bank accounts in Xero.
- Tracking orders on Excel spreadsheets and checking that they are allocated correctly.
- Entering invoices and checking them for accuracy.
- Running payroll on a monthly basis.

Pay: £30,000.00-£30,000.01 per year
