Job Summary
We’re a small but busy beauty salon looking for a talented Hair Stylist/Hairdresser to join our friendly team!
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a flair for creating personalised hairstyles that enhance our clients’ confidence.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in hair cutting and colouring.
Confident in delivering high-quality services. Friendly, reliable, and passionate about customer care.
Eager to grow and build a loyal clientele.

Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs and providing professional advice.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining an organised booking system.
- Upsell additional services or retail products to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Assist with store management tasks such as stock replenishment and maintaining a clean, organised work environment.
- Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining hygiene standards at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Hairdresser in a busy salon environment.
- Skills in barbering are desirable but not essential.
- Experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics.
