Job Overview
Experienced holiday home Cleaner / Caretaker required for a 5-bedroom (sleeps 10) holiday cottage just outside of Tintagle. Year round weekly changeover cleans, (changeover day is a Sat) and be available to cater for short break changeovers in low season.
High standards are essential to our business; therefore, it is important that all applicants:
- To clean, care for and maintain a newly appointed property.
- Have a meticulous attention to detail and exceptionally high cleaning standards.
- Can work well on their own and as part of a small team.
- Can offer support and cover if /when required.
- Are happy to liaise with guests and be on call in the event of a problem when guests are on holiday.
- Possess a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Laundry can be additional payment.
Please note that you must have your own transport.
Job Type: Part-time/flexible
Salary: Changeover Clean TBC
Schedule: Midweek / Weekend availability (for long term and short term breaks)
Requirements
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong customer service orientation with professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physical fitness to perform outdoor tasks and light manual work as required
