HGV Technician

We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join our well-established company. With a long-standing reputation in the industry and a continually growing fleet, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician seeking a stable, long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and trailers.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults.
- Complete vehicle inspections and ensure all work meets DVSA standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimise vehicle downtime.
- Accurately complete job cards and maintenance records.
- Work safely and maintain high standards of workmanship at all times.
Requirements
- Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Repair & Maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working as an HGV Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A Class 1 (C+E) licence is preferred but not essential.
