Job Summary
We are an Independent Barbershop with 3 locations (so far!!!) in the heart of beautiful South East London (Brockley, Deptford and Peckham). Our shop is a very happy place filled w plants and good music. Our teams are awesome and we are seeking full or part-time barber to join the gang. Applicant should be well skilled in hairdressing or barbering and and open-minded as we serve a lot of LGBTQ scene. Good vibes!!! come check ;)
Responsibilities
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and provide expert advice on hair care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and hair styling techniques.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid barbering qualification or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- A passion for the art of barbering and a keen eye for detail.
