Stock Controller/ Giftware Advisor – Full Time
Location: Cookstown
Hours: Full time (includes weekends, bank holidays, and one late night per week until 8pm, closed Sundays)
Key Requirements (Essential):
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a customer focused role
- Proven sales track record with strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills with high standard of spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Serving customers and processing payments
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service
- Assist in merchandising and ensuring stock levels are satisfactory.
- Helping to address stock discrepancies
- Receiving in stock and ensuring accuracy in items received.
- Assist with sales administration within the team.
- Using the computer POS and Stock System
