## Job Summary
We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to patients. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering high-quality healthcare services and support to individuals in various settings.
## Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans
- Provide personal care assistance to patients in their homes or care homes
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Drive to patient locations as required
## Skills
- Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining patient records
- Knowledge of care plans and procedures
- Experience in home care or care home environments
- Fluent in English for clear communication
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
- Valid UK driving license for Clients visits
