Job Summary
I am looking for a dedicated and skilled person to join my team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of and experience with gardening equipment such as mowers and strimmers , as well as a passion for landscape maintenance.
This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping, including mowing, weeding, gardening, and maintaining outdoor spaces. You will be required to work on your own and as part of a team
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our landscapes are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing.
I manage sites across the south and no two days are the same.
You will need a full clean U.K. drivers licence and a CSCS card would be beneficial
This role is part time and salary band is on a pro rata
Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Perform landscape maintenance duties, including mowing, pruning, and irrigating plants.
- Maintain grounds by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and clearing debris.
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored after use.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools safely.
- Experience in landscape maintenance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good physical fitness as the role requires lifting and manual labour.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £26,181.00-£28,000.00 per year
