Join Little Lives UK as the full-time Charity Administrator. This role is at our main office in Wimborne, BH21 7WH. £13 per hour, Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00 with 30-minute lunch break. You need to have a passion and a drive to work in the charity sector.
The Communications Administrator main responsibilities are:
- Being first point of contact and answering emails, phone calls from customers, donators, companies or people interested in the charity
- Booking donation collections for clothes and electronics
- Work with the directors and management on charity projects
- Attending PR and donation events with organisations we work with on behalf of the charity
- Attend meetings with other companies and charities
- General public relations
You will need to have the following skills:
- Be a team player and work on own initiative at times
- Strong administration skills
- Experience within communications
- Be passionate of working within a charity
- Work to deadlines
- Be happy to travel to events and meetings
