Academy is a childcare and education provider based in Bradford, offering high-quality afterschool childcare We're looking for a creative individual to help us produce engaging video and photo content that showcases our setting, our team and the experiences we offer children and families. The Role We are looking for a part-time Content Creator based in Bradford to produce short, authentic video and photo content for the academy. You must be equally comfortable shooting on a smartphone and on a dedicated camera. The core focus is content for Inspire Academy, but there will also be opportunities to create content for other projects and businesses within our wider group — giving you more variety, more hours when available, and a broader portfolio. Responsibilities Create short-form video content showcasing the academy, activities, events and learning environment Capture high-quality photos for social media, website and promotional materials Shoot confidently on both smartphone (iPhone/Android) and camera (mirrorless/DSLR) Plan and schedule content in line with the academy's social media calendar Edit short clips for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and the academy website Create content for other businesses and projects within the group as needed Work sensitively and professionally in a childcare environment Maintain brand consistency across all content Requirements Demonstrable experience creating video and photo content — portfolio, showreel, or social media work (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube) Confident shooting on both mobile phone and camera — this is essential, not optional Good eye for framing, lighting and composition Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar) Adaptable — comfortable creating content across different businesses, industries and styles Professional, reliable and comfortable working around children DBS check (or willingness to obtain one — we can process this for you) Based in or near Bradford Right to work in the UK Desirable Experience creating content for education, childcare or family-focused businesses Own camera equipment (mirrorless/DSLR, gimbal, lighting) Experience managing social media accounts Experience filming hospitality, food, property or commercial content Understanding of safeguarding when photographing/filming children (parental consent, appropriate content) What We Offer Flexible, part-time hours Creative role with genuine variety — not just one business, one style Potential for additional hours through wider group projects Supportive, friendly team environment Opportunity to build a diverse portfolio How to Apply Send your CV and a portfolio or showreel link (Instagram, TikTok or YouTube is fine).
