The Kitchen Manager/Chef will play a pivotal role in maintaining the organisation’s reputation for excellence in food preparation and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet established standards.
- Manage orders and been accountable for stocks
- Follow and monitor food safety procedures in compliance with health regulations.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to develop team skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment at all times.
- Ensure excellent customer service by supporting serving staff when necessary and addressing guest feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional initiatives and improve overall dining experience.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a busy kitchen or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation techniques, and culinary trends.
- Skilled in food safety standards, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in food presentation, cooking, and menu development.
- Background in hospitality or restaurant environments with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to organise multiple tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and management.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,420.00 per year
