Job Summary
- You will assess, research and report on each client to produce recommendations for a tailored rehabilitation programmes.
- You will evaluate risks to clients, both at home and out and work to continually manage, reduce or eliminate risks.
- You will work closely with the instructing parties, family members and care givers to ensure effective communication and execution of rehabilitation goals.
- You will continually evaluate, re-asses and report on your clients to ensure they are moving forward and engaging with life’s daily activities and where possible actively promote their return to work.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- You will hold a qualification in one of the following; Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy, RMN / RGN Nursing Qualification, CQSW/Dip SW or other relevant Social Care qualifications, Degree in Physiotherapy, Psychology Degree, Diploma/Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Additionally, to this qualification you will be an excellent and precise communicator, who works well as part of a dynamic team and have the patience to ensure goals are realistic and achievable. You will have a passion to promote an individual’s health and well-being and the drive to see things through to the end with the best results.
- You will also be able to work within budgets and continually strive to get the best for your client.
Additional requirements
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in profession
- Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
- Clean CRB check at enhanced level
- Registration with relevant professional body
