At Bistech, you'll play a key role in delivering customer projects that create real business value. Working alongside experienced consultants, technical specialists and project professionals, you'll build your project management expertise while contributing to successful customer outcomes from day one.
As a Junior Project Manager, you'll support and coordinate projects throughout the delivery lifecycle, helping to ensure they remain organised, on track and aligned to customer objectives. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams, developing trusted relationships and gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies.
This role is ideally suited to someone who already has experience in project coordination, customer delivery or a similar role and is looking to further develop their project management career. If you're highly organised, an effective communicator and enjoy taking ownership, you'll find plenty of opportunities to grow and make an impact at Bistech.
What you'll be doing:
- supporting the delivery of customer projects from initial planning through to completion
- building positive relationships with customers, stakeholders and colleagues
- assisting with project plans, schedules, milestones and reporting
- coordinating project meetings, actions and project documentation
- monitoring project progress and escalating risks or issues where required
- communicating updates to customers and internal teams
- helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- contributing ideas to improve project delivery and customer experience

- confidence working with different stakeholders and teams
- a proactive approach to learning, problem solving and continuous improvement
- previous experience in a project coordination role is preferred
