We need Print on Demand Operatives who can take digital designs and turn them into real, high-quality products that our customers will love. From printing and pressing to packing and dispatching, your hands-on skills will bring our online store to life.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Operating printing and pressing equipment to produce products
- Using design and software tools to manage production
- Producing items for online orders, including print-on-demand products
- Dispatching customer orders or preparing products for internal pick & pack
- Checking products for quality, accuracy, and presentation
- Taking pride in your work and spotting ways to improve processes

- You have a keen eye for detail and quality
- You enjoy hands-on production work and making things look perfect
- You’re organised, methodical, and reliable
- You can follow processes and software workflows accurately
- You care about getting products to customers in perfect condition

- Can troubleshoot simple production issues

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
