Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service to guests
- Serve food in a courteous and timely manner, maintaining presentation quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the POS system
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through attentive and friendly service
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Follow all health and safety procedures to uphold hygiene standards
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality industry
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
