What you'll be doing

As Salon Manager, you'll have real ownership of your salon and be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while leading your team to success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and inspiring your salon team.
- Creating a positive, high-performing culture.
- Delivering exceptional customer service every day.
- Driving sales and achieving business targets.
- Recruiting, training and developing team members.
- Managing rotas, staffing and daily salon operations.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.
- Handling customer enquiries professionally and confidently.
- Ensuring your salon is welcoming, organised and running at its very best.
What we're looking for:
Essential
- Previous Salon Manager, Retail Manager, Store Manager or similar management experience.
OR
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager who is ready to take the next step into management through our Trainee Salon Manager Programme.
You'll also have:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for developing people.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Confidence in achieving sales targets and motivating others.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
