At Redwood Childcare, we're looking for caring and reliable Bank Children's Support Workers to support children and young people who have experienced trauma. Working on a bank basis, you'll help create a safe, nurturing home where young people can grow, heal and thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children with their daily routines and activities.
- Building positive, trusting relationships.
- Encouraging education, independence and life skills.
- Providing emotional support during challenging times.
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
- Completing sleep-in shifts when required.
Every shift gives you the opportunity to make a lasting difference.
What We're Looking For
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
- A caring, resilient and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- The right to work in the UK.
Experience working with children, young people or in a care setting is desirable, but not essential. We provide full training and ongoing support.
