We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager and play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences! This energetic position is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality, food service, and team leadership. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support daily restaurant operations, oversee staff, and help create a welcoming environment for guests. Your enthusiasm and dedication will drive the success of our restaurant while fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere that keeps both staff and customers engaged and satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality guest experiences
- Supervise and motivate team members across various roles including serving, food preparation, and kitchen staff
- Lead by example in providing excellent hospitality, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for throughout their visit
- Manage staff schedules, training sessions, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and skilled team
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to inspire and guide team members
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience culinary environments with rosettes is a plus but not required
