The British Ironwork Centre is now looking to hire a hard-working individual to work across all areas of our wonderful sculpture park and operations.
Primary responsibilities include:
- A hands-on role in our pallet dispatch team
- Prioritising workload and ensuring the safe and timely dispatch of high value orders
- Safely loading goods onto vehicles using appropriate equipment
- Taking on various warehouse duties when needed
- Going where needs a helping hand on the day
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management
Training and support will be provided on site.
Candidate requirements:
- Have the ability to perform manual labour
- Willing to work both indoors and outdoors
- Forklift license is preferred but not required, training may be provided if necessary
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently
- Consistent attendance and timeliness
