.The Opportunity
As a Facilities Services Coordinator, you'll be the key operational lead at one of our client locations, coordinating the delivery of catering, hospitality and cleaning services while building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and service partners.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll help create a safe, welcoming and high-performing workplace, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered every day.

Key Responsibilities':
You’ll play a key role in keeping client sites safe, compliant, and operating at their best by:

Coordinating the day-to-day delivery of facilities services

Leading catering, hospitality and cleaning teams
-
Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
-
Driving service excellence and continuous improvement
-
Managing operational performance, quality and compliance
-
Coordinating contractors and specialist service providers
-
Promoting a positive Health & Safety culture
-
Managing site resources and supporting budget control
-
Creating an engaging, customer-focused workplace experience
What we're looking for:
You will bring:

Experience within Facilities Management, Workplace Services or Hospitality
-
Strong leadership and organisational skills
-
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management experience
-
Knowledge of Health & Safety and operational compliance
-
The ability to solve problems, prioritise competing demands and make decisions
-
A proactive approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service
Qualifications
-
Food safety knowledge with IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM or equivalent qualifications desirable
