We’re looking for a qualified, confident Beauty Therapist to join our established team at Skin And Tonic.
This is a self-employed opportunity offering the independence and earning potential of working for yourself, without the usual costs and hassle of running your own beauty business.
You’ll receive 60% of your treatment revenue, while we provide virtually everything you need to work.

There is no room rent, no stock to purchase and no salon overheads to pay.
You simply provide your skills, yourself and your own card machine. We take care of the rest.
Earnings
This position operates on a straightforward 60/40 percentage split in the therapist’s favour.
You keep 60% of the treatment revenue generated through your column, with professional products, stock and salon facilities provided by us.
Hours & flexibility
We want this role to work around your life.
Skin And Tonic is open Tuesday–Saturday and, as a self-employed therapist, you can choose the days and hours you wish to work within our opening hours.
We simply ask that you are able to offer:
- One late evening per week until 7pm
- Three Saturdays per month, 9am–2pm
There is no set annual leave allowance. You decide when you take time away from your column; we simply ask for sufficient notice to manage existing client bookings.

Essential:
- Qualified Beauty Therapist
- Confident and competent in gel nail treatments
- Confident and competent in waxing
- Excellent client care
- Professional, reliable and able to work independently
- Someone motivated to build and maintain a loyal client base
Additional training or experience in any of the following would be a bonus:
- E-file techniques
- Intimate waxing
- Massage
- Lash treatments
- Brow treatments
- Facials
We’re looking for someone who wants the freedom of being self-employed while still enjoying the support, facilities and atmosphere of working as part of an established salon team.
