Nursery Practitioner – Kingston upon Thames, Surrey KT1
Salary: £28,000 per year / £13.50 per hour (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 36–40 hours per week | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our expanding nursery team in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey KT1.
We are a small, independent, Outstanding-rated nursery providing a nurturing and inspiring environment for young children. We are seeking a dedicated Baby Room Practitioner to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified practitioner looking to start their career or an experienced practitioner seeking a new challenge.

Responsibilities
- Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
- Deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development
- Ensure children's health, safety, and wellbeing at all times
- Support learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Build strong relationships with children and their families
About You
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- At least 1 year's Nursery Practitioner or childcare experience
- Passionate about early years education and child development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
