The main objective of the role is to broker and sell insurance policies to existing customers, whilst maintaining exceptional quality and complying with FCA & TCF guidelines. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To sell renewals to existing customers.
- To maintain the highest level of service towards clients and a quick response time to all incoming enquiries.
- To achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- To share best practice & offer ideas for continuous improvement.
- To Maintain a high level of quality scores.

Essential Requirements:
- Dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a passion and flair for sales.
- A positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- The ability to be flexible, decisive and quick-thinking.
