We are seeking a Client Advisor to join a busy Commercial Insurance team within a well-established independent brokerage. You will provide high-quality service and technical support to clients, helping to manage their insurance needs from new business through to renewals and mid-term adjustments.
Working closely with Client Executives and insurers, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent client outcomes while developing your technical knowledge of commercial insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Provide technical administration across commercial insurance policies
- Liaise with insurers to secure appropriate cover for clients
- Handle client queries, claims support and policy updates
- Ensure accurate records and compliance with FCA requirements
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Support payment processing and premium finance arrangements
About You
- Experience in a regulated or FCA-compliant environment
- Background in general insurance or strong client service experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Desirable
- Knowledge of commercial insurance
- Progress towards CII qualifications
- Experience using Acturis or similar systems

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
