Bassetlaw District Council’s Housing Repairs Service is seeking a skilled Joiner to help maintain and improve homes across the district. Based at Carlton Forest House, Worksop, you’ll carry out a range of joinery and carpentry work, supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs and improvements for our tenants.
You’ll need an NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (or equivalent) and proven experience in a building and maintenance environment. A full driving licence is essential, along with strong customer care skills and the ability to work effectively with both colleagues and tenants.
The role also includes participation in an Out of Hours rota, with evening and weekend working required, offering a varied and rewarding working environment.
