Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team from the front.
We're a high volume independent bar with multiple live gigs, events, private bookings and club nights each week.

What we're looking for:
- Proven supervising experience within bars.
- Extensive experience of beverage service with cocktails being a must.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage the bar team effectively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to assist in the training of new hires
- Strong operational standards and attention to detail
- Availability for weekend and late night finishes
We're looking for someone who is ambitious and wants to make a career within hospitality, taking on further roles as time progresses, especially as we'll be opening a second location in 2027.
2-4 shifts per week.
The bar has a close knit community and we care about our staff, offering more flexible shifts than most, bonuses and team nights out.
We play a selection of classic albums on vinyl in full every night, so good knowledge of music and a gig goer would be a bonus.
Must be able to start mid September, circa 14th September.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
