Duties
- Lead and facilitate a wide range of sports, games, and recreational activities tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Develop engaging activity plans that promote teamwork, physical health, and social interaction
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrate proper techniques to ensure safety and understanding during activities
- Monitor participant engagement, offer encouragement, and adapt activities as needed to maintain enthusiasm
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with safety guidelines and organizational policies
- Maintain equipment and activity spaces in a clean, safe, and organized manner
- Communicate effectively with participants, parents, or guardians regarding activity details and safety procedures
Experience
- Previous experience in sports coaching or leading recreational activities is highly desirable
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants
- Knowledge of human anatomy related to physical activity and injury prevention is a plus
- Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt activities to accommodate varying skill levels and needs

Pay: £12.71-£13.75 per hour
