As a Patient Services Advisor, you will be a key part of our front-line team, ensuring patients receive a professional, efficient, and compassionate service.
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients at reception
- Managing telephone, face-to-face, and online enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Signposting patients to the most appropriate service
- Supporting clinicians and maintaining smooth clinic operations
- Carrying out administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

Working Pattern
- Approximately 12-18 hours per month
- Weekday evenings: 4:00pm 8:00pm
- Saturdays: 8:00am 1:00pm
- Shifts across Ellesmere Health Centre (EHC) and Churchmere Medical Centre (CHC)
- Rota provided one month in advance
- Designed to offer a high level of flexibility around other commitments
