We are looking for a Project Sales Coordinator to join our expanding and progressive team.

Reporting to:
Regional Technical Manager
Purpose of role:
Provide project administration, coordination and support to customers and the Kooltech Project Sales Team and other colleagues. Maintain the Regional database and promote Kooltech products and services to Contractors and Consultants.
Daily duties and responsibilities:
- Administer and coordinate customer project orders, including acknowledgement, order entry, amending order data information and proactively agree delivery schedules with the customers. Fulfil customer requirements working productively by arranging equipment availability and deliveries with Mitsubishi.
- Provide a project forecast as required detailing invoicing schedules. Complete monthly sales performance and annual Gross Margin figures as directed.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with Mitsubishi Electric Living Environmental Solutions UK, ensuring deliveries are planned well in advance via clear and concise written and oral communication.
- Maintain regular communication with Branch sales providing project information to ensure follow up on ancillary sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures in all aspects of Branch operation, including authorised pricing and discount structures.
- Through a “hands-on” approach, maintain complete familiarity with the company ERP system to ensure accurate and efficient workflow.
- Working closely with the Finance Team and Sales Managers identify any potential credit issues which would prevent or delay shipments.
- Efficient planning and execution of delivery schedule, minimising transport and carriage costs whilst maintaining high levels of Customer Service.
- Establish and take responsibility to develop a knowledge of the Mitsubishi Electric product model numbers, understanding of their physical characteristics, the site environment and the applications to ensure appropriate delivery.
- Provide a high level of customer service, maintain regular customer contact and ensure a speedy response to each and every customer enquiry.
Skills:
- Excellent coordinator, organised and a proven written and verbal communicator.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel) and ERP operating systems.
- Experience of working in the Construction and HVAC sectors would be advantageous.
